National Capital Flag (NCF) is pleased to announce that National Active and Retired Federal Employees Chapters can now order their banners directly from NCF. The banner is available for $122.00 and includes a total of 13 characters to spell out your chapter name and number. Additional characters are available for $3.00 each.
