Limited Service Warranty on Labor

NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO., Inc. warrants labor for the installation of new flagpoles for one year.  Labor for flagpole repairs is warranted for 90 days. If any failure to conform to this warranty appears and written notice of such failure is given to NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO., INC., the company shall, at its sole discretion make repairs. Specifically excluded from this warranty is the cost of materials used to replace or reinstall the product or additional damages which may or may not have resulted other than those damaged confined to installation of such products. Repair or replacement by NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO. INC., is the Buyer’s sole remedy in the event of a failure of the services to conform to this warranty.  This warranty does not cover defects caused by overloading, accident misuse, or neglect nor does it cover alternation or modification unless the change has been approved in writing by NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO. INC., WITH THE RESPECT TO APPLIED FINISHES, FLAGPOLES, HALYARDS AND FLAGS NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO., MAKES NO WARRANTY AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  All warranty claims must be directed to NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO., 100 SOUTH QUAKER LANE, ALEXANDRIA, VA  22314.

NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG DOES NOT SPECIFICALLY WARRANT ITEMS MANUFACTUERED BY OUR SUPPLIERS.  SUCH WARRENTIES AS THEY EXIST ARE PROVIDED ON SUBSEQUENT PAGES AS INFOMRATION.  NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURE TO HELP SETTLE ANY WARRENTEE CLAIMS.  PLEASE CONTACT NATIONAL CAPITAL FLAG CO., INC. CAUTION:
EXTREM CARE MUST BE EXERCISED WHEN INSTALLING FLAGPOLES NEAR OVERHEAD POWER LINES OR WHEN DIGGING IN THE VICINITY OF BURIED CABLE.

DURING INSTALLATION, EXTREME CARE SHOULD BE EXERCISED TO INSURE THAT COMPONENT PARTS ARE SECURLEY ATTACHED.
